Wellington Chamber Of Commerce Names Dr. Jiveh 'Man Of The Year'

Wellington Cosmetic Dentist Dr. Jiveh Man of the YearThe Wellington Chamber of Commerce this week announced that Dr. Farokh Jiveh will be honored later this month with the group's "Man of the Year" award. Renowned for his expertise in cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Jiveh has been changing the lives of patients in the western communities for nearly a decade, as well as working on many community service projects.

Dr. Jiveh specializes in a wide range of procedures and is recognized by his peers for his advanced knowledge in cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Jiveh is the only practicing dentist in the western communities with a master's level achievement in aesthetic dentistry from Aesthetic Advantage, a five-year postgraduate program from Rosenthal Institute at New York University.

Dr. Jiveh is a member of many professional organizations, including the American Dental Association and the Florida Dental Association. He is the incoming president of the Central Palm Beach County Dental Association and a sustaining member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Jiveh combines modern technology, skill and clinical judgment to create dazzling, confident smiles for his patients. Besides empowering his patients with new smiles and the charm, confidence and beauty that come along with that life-changing experience, he is continuously looking for ways to not only give back to his community, but to motivate others to do the same.

Chosen by the chamber for his numerous community and philanthropic endeavors, Dr. Jiveh just completed his 2006 Holiday Smile Giveaway and is now working on the 2007 Holiday Smile Giveaway. The candidates for these giveaways are nominated and chosen for their work and service in the community, as well as their financial status regarding the dental work needed.

Dr. Jiveh is also a board member and the recording secretary of My Brother's/Sister's Keepers Charitable Trust (MBSK), started by County Commissioner Jess Santamaria, which assists the less fortunate members of the community. Dr. Jiveh is also a member and the incoming president of the Wellington Rotary Club. In addition, he is a member of the Bahá'í faith and is active in his local assembly. Dr. Jiveh is married to wife Jhaleh, who is a neonatal registered nurse at St. Mary's Hospital.

To honor Dr. Jiveh, a Man of the Year Luncheon will be hosted by the Wellington Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday, March 28 at the Tavern on the Green Equestrian Club in Wellington. Tickets are $15 for chamber members and $20 for non-members. For more information, call (561) 792-6525.
